Silver Matcha Bowl

Handcrafted by Japanese ceramic artist Takashi Endo, this exquisite Matcha bowl is formed from the finest Purion clay and glazed in sterling silver.   Takashi's work is characteristically minimalist, lightweight and textural - each piece inherently individual. 

As with all things sterling silver, there will be some tarnishing over time, deepening the finish to a rich dark platinum grey. A silver cloth can be used to restore the silver finish if you prefer it that way.

Dimensions - width 10.5cm; height: 7cm.  

Material - porous stoneware.  

Care - due to the fine features of this piece, careful hand washing is advised - not dishwasher safe.

Please note: The brightness of the silver finish varies piece by piece, with some pieces having a more burnished silver aesthetic - each piece unique, each piece beautiful. The silver finish will gently antique over time.
